nion Villas is a well presented 2 bedroom victorian cottage a few yards from Cowes High Street, shops, bars, a supermarket and the marinas.
All standard facilities included such as central heating, TV, cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and board.
Aditional features include cable tv, free highspeed WiFi, TVs in bedrooms, a sun deck to the front with sea views including BBQ and patio furniture, a small enclosed rear patio.
All linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Two double bedrooms provide flexible accommodaion, comfortably sleeping 4 adults. The master bedroom can be made up as a double or twin room. The second bedroom has two full size singles with a trundle bed under one, best for occasional use. The living room also has a sofa bed, although as there is no door from the living room to the rest of the house, this is best for occasional use. At full capacity, the house can sleep up to 7 guests, although linen and towels are only provided for 4.

Just wanted to say that we really enjoyed our stay at your house. We found it to be clean, modern, well furnished and functional. We appreciated all the little extras like the coat hangers in the cupboards, dishwasher tablets, teabags ect. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids loved having a TV in their room. Having WIFI is a great addition too, which we really made good use of. The location is really good and parking was pretty good thanks to your permits. Having the use of the BBQs was really good too.
We have passed some great days in the cottage and we will obviously hire the cottage next time we are in Isle of Wight. We loved the place a lot.
I also have seen email from Paypal about the deposit refund and that was really an excellent service.

Just to say that we had a wonderful weekend away in the Isle of Wight. The cottage was just perfect and a real home from home. Much more cosy and homely than your usual self catering properties. Really clean, well furnished and nice touches – soft towels, soaps, tea and coffee and washing up supplies etc. The location was great and very easy to roll out of the door with the pram for a wander round the town. I am sure we will be back!

I’ve used the cottage for both a stay with the family; husband and two sons (age 6 and 18 month) plus a girls weekend with my sisters. It suits perfectly well for both and gave us a very good base to explore the island with the boys. Although one of our favourite places to go was to take a short walk from the cottage to the seafront for the boys to have a run around. For the girly weekend there was more than enough in Cowes to keep,us entertained for the day & night! The cottage is very homely & well equipped with amenities close by including the all important fish and chip shop! Will definitely be planning another stay in 2013.
Just a quick message to say thanks for letting us hire your lovely little house in Cowes. We have just got home from the Island having spent 5 lovely days catching up with old friends and places. Union Villas was an ideal base for our time on the IOW. We only needed Graham once to change the bulb on the landing light. Other than that everything was spot on!
I would like to say a big thankyou for allowing Mary and I to stay in your lovely cottage on the Isle of Wight . It was only two nights but every thing was there and the house was so convenient to any where in Cowes. We certainly made the most our two days. I have to congratulate you on every thing you have done in the cottage ,we loved the colour scheme ,so bright and cheerful. Thank you again and hopefully I can go over to the island again some time in the future.
