The ground floor has a comfortable living room with wooden flooring, a two seater leather sofa and a two seater sofa bed. This room has a colour television, cable TV and feature fireplace.
There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs seating up to 6 people.
Also on the ground floor is the well appointed galley style kitchen which has all the features you would expect to find in a modern home.
The large downstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin.
On the first floor the master bedroom can either be made up as a double or twin. The additonal furntiure includes bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a TV with Freeview and DVD.
The second bedroom overlooks the rear patio garden and has two full size single beds, one of which has a trundle bed underneath, ideal for occasional use. This room has a built in cupboard and TV with Freeview, DVD player and iPod dock.
All rooms are bright and airy and well furnished with central heating in every room and hot water, electricity and gas is included in the rental price.
Bed linen is provided and all beds are made up prior to your arrival.
Towels are also provided but we do ask you to please bring your own beach towels.
N.B: Please note that the stairs are open on one side into the dining room. There is a handrail on the other side.
